1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, Opening video as proof required and in the same condition as received.
2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info.jewelerizzz.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5) COD orders will get refunds in their UPI.
